I have recently just finished reading the autobiography of 'Steve Jobs'(an excellent read) and one of the things that Jobs promoted was the use of I-pads in education.
Steve Jobs with an I-Pad
Before his death, the I-pad was an area that Jobs discussed with Bill Gates. Both Gates and Jobs felt very strongly about eliminating text books and catering for individualised learning through the I-pad.
I look forward to reading your comments, thoughts and ideas.
